We are publishing this today (29 June 2026) with a heavy heart to share some difficult news regarding the future of InvoiceOnline.

After much deliberation, we have made the tough decision to close down the InvoiceOnline service.

Over the past few years, the landscape for financial software has shifted dramatically.

Between rising operational costs, a strategic change of direction for our company, and our inability to compete with the massive marketing budgets of industry giants like Xero and MYOB, we have reached a point where we can no longer continue running in a non-profitable realm.

We are incredibly sorry that it has come to this.

We started InvoiceOnline to provide a simple, reliable service for businesses like yours, and we are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us.

What This Means For You (The Transition Timeline)

We want to make sure you have ample time to transition your business smoothly without any sudden disruptions. To support you, we are implementing the following timeline:

Free Service for the Next Year: Effective immediately, InvoiceOnline will be completely free to use for all current users until 01 July 2027.

Ceasing Operations: On 01 July 2027, the platform will officially shut down, and the service will cease operations.



Next Steps We Recommend Please Note: You have a full year to migrate your data, but we highly recommend planning your transition early to avoid any last-minute rush.

Backup Your Data: Over the coming months, please ensure you download and backup all your historical invoices, client data, and financial reports from the platform.

Find a New Provider: We recommend exploring alternative invoicing and accounting software (such as Xero, MYOB, or other boutique platforms) to find the best fit for your business moving forward.

We will send out periodic reminders over the next 12 months regarding data downloads and the final closure date.
